Our Impact

At J. Scott Marketing, we bring our personal values to work every day. It’s why we make monthly donations to the Equal Justice Initiative and other organizations making a meaningful difference. Our dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) is an ongoing journey. It includes joining workshops led by outside experts such as Kadijah Means or Rachel Siegel, exploring thought-provoking content like the documentary Racist Trees, and sharing cultural appreciation within our team through recipe swaps and personal travel experiences.

We also encourage civic engagement by offering two hours of paid time off on Election Day, ensuring our team can engage in our democratic process.
