Job Title: Digital Content Creator & Executive Marketing Admin
Location: Remote
Hours: Part-Time Contract (approx. 20 hours/week)
Pay: $10-$15/hour USD
Start date: Late April/Early May 2026
We are a fully remote digital marketing agency seeking a collaborative new team member to manage three core areas: content creation for specific clients (Facebook and Instagram content primarily), marketing content creation for our own brand (LinkedIn primarily, with cross posting to Meta) and executive marketing administrative support (a wide range of tasks). Approx 50% of the job is the first area, 25% is the second area, and 25% is the third area.
The ideal candidate for this role is highly flexible, can jump on tasks and edits in a timely fashion, can meet 97% of deadlines, is highly detail-oriented, follows directions carefully, and has a can-do attitude. You can independently manage your time, are driven to meet your deadlines, are extremely organized, take direction from others, and know when to reach out with a roadblock, and when to solve the issue on your own.

You desire to perform a wide variety of tasks and work with 10+ brands while being able to create content unique to each brand identity. You have a keen ability to switch from one client account to the next, while managing a slew of deadlines on small and big projects. You have used ChatGPT and other AI tools to generate content and perform tasks, and you’re open to learning new tools. You know how to chunk up a bigger task into smaller ones so that you can meet the deadline. You don’t need someone looking over your shoulder to get your work done, though being able to get a quick answer to a question keeps you on task. You recognize your vital role in J.Scott Marketing’s growth by supporting clients and the team, including in-house marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
- Create written and visual content for 10+ brands’ social media platforms
- Create, edit, and schedule marketing content for JSM, including MailChimp campaigns, blogs and FAQs for the website, and content for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
- Using ChatGPT and other AI tools to generate content, designs, conduct research, and more
- Create graphics and content in Canva aligned with brand style guides for social media, websites, and printed collateral
- Create, edit and schedule email campaigns in MailChimp, Constant Contact, and Hubspot, among others
- Schedule social media content in Meta, on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Update the JSM and client’s Google Business Profile
- Create custom ChatGPT’s in a client’s brand voice following our established process
- Perform a wide variety of executive administrative tasks to support the team, such as reporting on campaign ROI, uploading files, uploading email lists, preparing proposals, fixing broken links on a website, making Google calendar invites, etc.
Requirements: English-language fluency, access to a newer computer, high-speed internet access, intermediate computer and internet skills, writing skills, minimum five years of experience in marketing content creation, visual and written. Ability to create on-brand organic social media content free of typos. Candidates must be able to use the technology mentioned above independently and should not require training.
