KNEAD Doughnuts, a gourmet doughnut shop in Providence, RI, had recently opened their second location and wanted to expand their brand’s presence online and offline. Their second location allowed them to host private events, offer a family-friendly children’s play area, and sell more doughnuts than ever before. KNEAD’s social media accounts were performing well organically, but there was room for paid advertising to amplify their results and drive leads. Offline, we saw an opportunity for PR to spread the word about their business expansion.

Solution

We crafted multiple press releases promoting KNEAD’s top news and leveraged our extensive media list to target local and regional publications for the highest possible impact. Our PR campaigns led to a steady stream of positive news.

 

Our social media ads promoted doughnut delivery, private events, children’s birthday parties, and seasonal promotions. We continuously optimized the client’s campaigns via website tracking and data analysis to drive website traffic, sales, and leads. 

Results

PR Campaigns led to regular media coverage in the Providence Journal, RI Monthly, and more.

In just 14 months, our Facebook ads drove more than 1,860 form submissions.

For their Space Rental, our ads directly drove 40% of their total form submissions over 14 months.

Our ads reached over 320,250 users at about 1 cent per user.

13% of total website traffic was due to our Facebook ads.
