Broadreach Staffing Solutions is a Boston-based recruitment firm that specializes in placing accomplished professionals in senior-level and executive roles with a wide range of companies. The client came to us with a recent history of neglected marketing, which put a lot of pressure on the executive team to generate leads. Over decades of success, the firm had built a rich email list but lacked the in-house expertise to leverage it to generate new business. They had also built a sizable LinkedIn following that was languishing from lack of attention.

Solution

First, we created a right-sized marketing program for the client, to target the opportunities with the highest ROI.

We produced monthly email campaigns with a custom design, allowing them to tap into the potential of their email database to stay top of mind for their clients and generate more leads.

We also rejuvenated LinkedIn profiles for the founder and for the company. For the fresh profiles, we created regular social media content to increase visibility across the platform. We published high-quality LinkedIn articles for the founder to position him as the expert he truly is. Now, both LinkedIn pages help boost visibility and increase engagement with the target audience of potential clients.

By optimizing their email list, our first email campaign that was sent out to over 7,000 people had an open rate of nearly 20%, or more than 1,250 readers.

In just one month, we saw a tremendous increase in LinkedIn engagement, with a 1600% growth in likes and a 750% growth in clicks. In addition, there was a 462% jump in impressions.
