Perhaps the best kept secret resource for small business owners in the Ocean State, the Rhode Island Small Business Development Center wanted to attract a wider audience of entrepreneurs to take advantage of its no cost services.

Solution

We dove deep into the RISBDC’s business model to identify potential clients bases, and created a custom marketing strategy across the web and social media to target and engage small business owners and entrepreneurs. Our marketing plan included a Facebook relaunch, monthly blog posts, managed social media ad spending, public relations, professional photography, and a website revamp.

While their business model and offerings were already strong, our marketing approach created a polished, professional brand image. Consistent messaging, social media presence, and improved website usability opened the ability for potential clients to quickly see — and access! — the RISBDC’s great services.
